This conference is co-organised by the HKSAR Drainage Services Department (DSD) and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Civil Division (HKIE CVD).

With the theme “Building an Adaptive and Resilient City to Safeguard the Public against Flooding under Extreme Weather”, we aim to enhance the liveability and sustainability of our city by bringing together engineers, planners, seasoned industry experts/practitioners, and academia representatives from Hong Kong and other regions to exchange their insights and experiences on the latest innovative technologies to bolster our adaptive capacity and resilience against challenges driven by extreme weather conditions.
